No, I shouldn't say talking.

I can't even believe how racist they are.
It's ridiculous.
I'm honestly the ONLY person in my family, not just in my house, but my whole entire extended family, that isn't a racist, except my sister, because she's thankfully too young. And I'm hoping she stays that way. I swear if she ends up thinking the same way my parents do, I'm never gonna forgive them. You know what, even if she ends up having the same opinions that they do, I won't even care half as bad if she comes up with those opinions on her own. At least they'll be her own thoughts, no matter how much I disagree with them.

My mom had to make an appointment for my brother at the doctors office for something, and it's a new doctor's office. They had to ask my mom a bunch of questions, including her race and stuff. She goes "Why the hell do they need to know what color I am?" And she goes "Yeah, I should've told them I was black and I would've gotten an appointment the next day, 'cause they're always the first priority."
Uhm, sorry, that's NOT how it works. That may be how you want to see it, because you think black and Hispanic people are worthless, but it's not right.
And then she said "Well I told them before that both of us worked, so that should've given them the clue that we were white."
There's isn't even a response I can give to that. It's so utterly ridiculous and racist, that I have nothing to say to it. Do you know how many WHITE people only have one parent working? Does that still make them better then blacks, just because they're white? Even though they have the same circumstance, I can guarantee you my family would only criticize the black family with one parent working, and not the white family.

Honestly, I don't care if you're for or against Obama. That's not what this whole post is about. It's about the fact that people are STILL to fucking ignorant to realize that it doesn't matter what color skin people have, or what their ethnic background is. Even if 2 people, a black and a white person, had the same exact situation going on, for example the one parent working thing that I mentioned above, it's really freaking ridiculous that people, including my parents, are still so close-minded, even in today's world, to only criticize the black person, just because they still think whites are better than everyone else.

Seriously, open up your mind and stop being so ignorant. You live in America for God's sakes.

Can I just say how much I love Taylor Swift?
She's got a freaking amazing voice, she's wicked pretty, and she doesn't fake anything. Unlike 98% of other singers today. >.< She actually recognizes that little kids look up to her, and that she's a role model. She doesn't do anything stupid, and she actually has values. Even if you don't like country music, there's no way you can't like her, or at least appreciate her for what she does.
